We had our yearly Beat the Blues with Booze party. I drank, had 2 slices of pizza, and some chips. I enjoyed myself and didn’t think about my caloric intake. No regrets!
However, I also did the Full Body Cardio, and then Zumba since I knew that I’d be eating/drinking more than usual, I saved up my Yellow Containers for dinner and drinks, and I snacked on protein (chicken) at the end of the night when I had munchies because I had 2 Red Containers left at the end of the night 🙂 Early planning makes for no guilt!
About two hours after I had the pizza, I felt horrible. I had gas (Too Much Information Right???), heartburn, and I felt like I had a rock in my stomach. The day after, I felt lethargic. Luckily I got to sleep in until 10:30am, since my husband always takes care of the girls during the morning on weekends! So, when the afternoon came, I did the Upper Body Workout, and felt MUCH better.
My body has been aching since I began this program!
