Today I had kinder gymnastics with my youngest. We’ve been going for about 8 sessions. V enjoys it a lot, but she gets frustrated, and usually wants to run to the “big girl” group, where her elder sister is. Today was different. Today, I felt like I was strong enough, or maybe I just felt secure enough to join in. I usually tell V to watch the other kids before she does an activity, or, I assist her with words. Today, I jumped of the bouncing pad, I jumped into the block pit, I walked across the beam, I jumped on all the felt leaves on the ground, I did the horrible crab and bear crawls, and I did the leg raises on the floor. A lot of those things took ab muscles that I was either afraid of trying in front of everyone. I didn’t realize it before today, but I was actually afraid of jumping! V loved it. She was super kinder gymnast and her coach couldn’t stop praising her change in attitude.

I’ve gained 3 lbs since I began the 21 day fix, but I’ve increased in endurance, flexibility, strength, and confidence. I’d say, that’s worth the cost of the program alone. I can’t stress enough how much Shakeology has helped me. It stopped my cravings, stopped my hunger, and gave me energy. It works for me and my body. It’s expensive, but it’s not something I’m going to give up anytime soon!

Breakfast: Egg McMuffin (2 yellow tubs, 2 red tubs, 1 blue tub, 2 tsp oil) YEAH, I know this is a HUGE nutrientLESS breakfast, but I love Egg McMuffin’s sooooo much.

Lunch: Chocolate Shakeology with 1/2 medium frozen banana and mixed frozen berries, 2 cups water, 1 cup ice (1 red tub, 2 purple tubs).

Snack: Apple (1 purple tub)

Snack: Slice of bread with 3 pieces of ham (1 yellow tub, 1/2 red tub)
