Eggs oh eggs, how much do I love you eggs??
I cannot, I will not, I refuse to eat my eggs with anything other than soya sauce. Boom.
On my strength training days, I drink my Shakeology in the morning, then I usually have a protein, carb, and veggie, about 1 hr before I exercise. Usually that protein is eggs, and usually the vegetable is cucumber. The carb changes from a slice of bread, half an english muffin, quinoa or rice. Today, I didn’t feel like veggies, well not yet anyhow. My brain said, warm eggs on a soft non-toasted slice of bread. MMMMMMM. I always cook with coconut oil now. The coconut oil that Jelyn (my nanny) brought back from the Philippeans doesn’t have a strong flavour of coconut, and it has the texture of room temperature lard, so strange. It does however have a lot of aroma! I use 1 tsp for my eggs, and I can smell coconut all around the house!
