A friend came over last night, and we chatted until pretty late at night on my patio. I had a great time and I’m so happy that winter is over so we can hang outside more often! An aside: I don’t get guys. I was outside with long pants and a jacket. They were outside with short sleeved shirts on. Just shirts. It was FREEZING, and they were making me feel colder just by looking at them. But anyhow…
Even though I went to bed super duper late (for me), I woke up with the kids around 7am. D usually hears them at some point and takes them away so that I can sleep-in. For some reason, I couldn’t sleep and thought that I could go out for an early jog. THAT has never happened to me before. I NEVER give up sleep to do something … sweaty. I got in my 5K and then I went straight to the patio to have my breakfast. MMMMMMM MMMMMM yummy smoothie. It was just a vanilla protein shake with blueberries, almond butter, and mango, but it was soooo good and cold.

The rest of the day was uneventful except that I didn’t have dinner. I just had a shake because I had an upset stomach. The shake was enough to tide me over until the morning.
