I’m so hungry. Soooo very hungry. I had my breakfast, and within 2 hours, my stomach was growling again! So, I drank water because that’s what we’re told to do when we get hungry, and it didn’t work. Still, I stuck to the meal plan. It was hard, but I did it.

I love that today is rest day. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! Instead of exercising, I made a 1 day meal plan for a friend of mine who just found out that she’s sensitive to corn, egg whites, dairy, gluten, and some other things that I can’t remember right now. Corn is in everything! She doesn’t cook much and so I offered to help her make a plan and begin eating what she can. We’re no worried about clean eating right now, just thinking about eating foods that she won’t react to. It was fun and I enjoyed it!
